I"m not sure how I came across 3BSPEC.com, but I'm glad I did! I'm in sales...i'm a sales manager for an automotive group in the Cleveland area, so know what good service is all about. This day and age, it's hard to find good customer service, especially on the internet where it's most needed. I guess people feel once you can't see them, they don't need to take care of the customer?

Heck, it took 6 months for me to buy a new 2007 Civic Si sedan...no one returned emails, no one called me...I BEGGED someone to sell me a car and no one even thought to return a phone call or email....go figure. I'd kill for customers like me!!!

I've had great experiences with a few companies over the years, Dynaudio, elemental Design, Griot's garage and now 3BSPEC.

I ordered set of HID's yesterday, 9-11-2007. Got the order in 'before 2pm CST', like Hanh asked me to. Well, the next day, today, I got an email this AM..something about a refund? Damn! were the HID's back ordered? Did they not carry them?

Neither. turns out Hanh at 3Bspec gave me a "Honda tech" discount...and refunded my money, which he didn't have to do as I already paid for the HID's. Then...to top it off, the lights show up TODAY! yes, overnight.

WOW.


I called him, in shock. I was amazed at the whole process. I asked him to carry more stuff, I'd buy from him no matter the cost.

Need anything that 3Bspec carries? Do business there! I'm not saying others on this forum are bad...but one thing is for sure, Hanh and 3Bspec is great!
