Snapped the head of my crank pulley bolt
highly unlikely since they are torqued at 130lbs if never taken off. Try taking it to an automotive shop and see if they can get it off with out screwing it up, or machine shop. Good luck
If the head is off the stud should be loose enough to un-thread without much effort. If you have some thread exposed, a pair of vice grips should be all you need. If no exposed thread then a left hand drill bit (1/4") should do the trick. Start drilling and when it catches a bit it'll un-thread the stud. Access might be a bit tight.
The crank is far from junk.

HMm if the head is off the pulley should be able to come off. If so you should have enough left sitting out to grab on to with a set of vise grips

It actauly came out pretty easily. Guess once the head popped off most of the pressure was released. Thanks for all the positive posts. And happy 1000th post to me!
