At this point I'm wondering what to do next with the teggie. It is getting to the point where I don't think I'm able to revive her, due to financial reasons and the abundance of crap she needs. I need advice and opinions... or emotional support.

I have a 95 LS Spec. Ed. with a 1995 B18C1 swap (150K body, 105K motor). It's moded with some simple bolt-ons - intake, headers, exhaust, test pipe, clutch & flywheel, JDM R camshafts, cam gears, Hondata S300... The car flies... Really, its pushing like nuts when it hits VTEC. Dynoed at 166 WHP in Denver (mile high elevation), probably gets a little more here @ sea level, if I get the S300 re-tuned. But there are some minor problems. It burns oil, I think. Half the oil dissapears at about 2000K miles so I have to put oil in it every three-four weeks, which is OK cause I feed her only Mobil 1 so clean oil is good but, I can't figure out why it's burning out. I just had ALL the gaskets changed and nothing. There is white/black smoke coming out at high VTEC RPM. The compression and leakdown tests were good, about 10 months ago, but I've had this problem since then so, nothing new. The car leaks small amount of exhaust smoke into the cab every once in a while, usually in the mornings. I can't figure out where it's coming from or how it's getting in there. No shop could figure it out either. I was told it could be a bad fitting exhaust system cause I still have the LS pipes with a GSR motor. A/C belt was removed but the unit is still there.

The interior is good and clean. I put in some CF trim, a momo shifter with B&M short throw and a kickass Alpine CD player with XM, HD and Ipod connection (not the crap AUX one, but an actual cable where all your iPod controls are disabled so you can run it from the deck). This is accompanied by two Sony speakers in front and two Alpines in the back. It has pedals too... The pass seat is good but the driver seat got torn so I put seat covers on both. The rear is stripped out and empty of carpet and everything else, very clean though. Spare is still there. Need a set of floor mats too. Sunroof glass has a small crack from the Colorado heat, no leaks though.

The exterior is stripped of paint but good and even, other than the fenders which should probably get replaced before painting. The rear hatch needs to be replaced too due to a large dent but I was gonna go CF anyway so it doesn't matter. The front and rear are both 2001 updates. Headlights are 2001 halo priojections with black housing.

The car runs on a fully adjustable Tanabe Sustec pro SS coilover suspention with f&r tower bars and a ITR rear lower bar, dropped all the way. The passenger side axle is "clicking" so I think it might need changing in a few months to a year. The driver side front axle is brand new. EBC vented rotors with EBC pads (green) all around assure some great stopping. I have stock 95 Spec Ed. 15's painted gold and fitted with new Kuhmos all around.

So, I don't know what to do here. I was gonna paint it, which I still might do soon, but then I need new seats, bunch of diagnostics for the white smoke and exhaust leak, new hatch, lip, I want new 16's on it, axle, sunroof glass.... Should I just get rid of it? If so, what do you think I can fetch?

post a pic of the engine, maybe we can see some problems
as for white smoke, that may be coolant buring
for replacing parts, check a local junk yard (save $)

I would have a hard time getting rid of it if I had put so much time into it. Yeah, go junk yard. You might be pleasantly surprised what you can find if you do enough rummaging through old ****.
I'm going through the same thing with my EJ... Don't want to part with it, but I can't afford two money pits, so she's got to go after 7 years *almost shed a tear*
