Okay so i just put my head on and put my cams back on and everything, so i put the crank pulley to tdc , then i put the cams to tdc and put the belt on. everything is lighned up right. i crank the motor around one full time and then the crank pulley is off ( instead of the one mark on the crank for tdc its to the 3 markings on the pulley). everytime i re align it and then tighten the tensioner then crank it again its off. some help me

 

never mind i was rotating the engine clockwise and it was jumping.
