White smoke is coolant/water, meaning your either have a blown headgasket or a mis-matched coolant line in the manifold, for a vacuum line.

How much smoke is it? allot, alittle?

How long has it been doing this?
May just be vapor/condensation from inside the exhaust, granted you have just got it back, and before that it was sitting for a decent amount of time in an area that is prone to humidty and/or rain.

Well, if it were to be a bad headgasket, it would basiclly smoke at just about all times, i say give it another day, if it doenst seem to correct itself, then its safe to say you are experiencing a problem.

Who rebuilt it by the way?

i would just wait a day since its not too bad and see if it goes away since you just flushed the radiator, just like he said up top.
