Yea. it will fit
Just get a new d16z6 t/b gasket and if you know someone with a dremel have them port match it to the gasket size with a carbide bit.

A dremel is a tool to "shave" material from a specific surface. In this case you are "porting" (or matching) the throttle body size to the size of the intake mani.
