Hard shifting into gears - already searched and narrowed the problem down
-Gsr hydro trans....didnt have this problem before...
-Clutch is a action 6 puck unsprung ( less then 3k miles on it)
-After i mash on it a little downshifting or going into any gear becomes hard.
- I was using castrol 10w40 in the trans - but i changed it to Honda MTF the new stuff
-My clutch fluid looked like cofee - I replaced both master and slave cylinder for clutch. original honda parts.
-New brake fluid in the clutch master cylinder. (bled the system)
-The pedal i adjusted. ( it used to have a little play before it start engaging/disengaging.
- I have a new throwout bearing
- I recently had the quaife lsd put in and the synchros and clearances were all checked out.
I dont know what else to do?
my only other guess that someone brough to my attention was my dumptube from the wastegate is not that far from the slave cylinder and that maybe its heating up the clutch fluid.
- however i have the dumptube and my downpipe ceramic coated and heat wrapped...but the problem didnt exist before when they were not coated or wrapped....so why now?
my only other guess is the clutch goin bad? which why would it its almost a brand new clutch.....
anyone have any other ideas ?
