What he said. Althoguh I'd say it's one of three, spark, timing or fuel, but you could combine spark and timing
How do you know it's not the dist? have you replaced it? what troubleshooting steps have you done, post that first so no one repeats things you've already done.

Apparently not, or not enough if the car isn't starting...
One way I use to test plug spark is to "ground" it on the car with the plug still plugged in. Use the electrode on the bottom to "ground" it out. Then have a friend try to crank the car. See if you get spark on the plug. If so... move to the next. Determine if any are not sparking. Then go back and determine why.
If the car has been sitting, maybe it's bad gas. Flush the tank and fill with fresh fuel.

Ran fine before you shut it down? Any fuel treatment? You sure the gas is good? You sure it's getting fuel?
If you are getting spark and fuel (and the fuel is good), then timing.
What did you do to the car when it wasn't running?

I just don't get it. We have people here trying to help you, writing complete sentences and paragraphs. Most of this post just seems to be us trying to figure out what you've done to the car to not make it run.
All you have told us is:

i switch out the distrb so its not that. also the car has been sittin unstarted 4 a while.
yea i have both
Gives us some more information and we might be able to help you. From your quick replys like 'have both spark and fuel'. Might you tell us how you found this out?
Why did you replace the dizzy? Did you replace the dizzy before or after the car sat. Why did you replace the dizzy? Did anything look wrong with the previous dizzy? Is this dizzy confirmed working or new? Did you install the dizzy correctly? Are the wires connected to the right cylinders. If you give us a nice history of the car, the diag will be that much easy.

Wouldnt the more logical response be "Check to make sure the intake isn't clogged" If its sooo clogged the car wont start Im sure there will be something physcally noticable on the filter itself.

Yeah I've seen that happen on 2 stroke 40cc motors (mini bikes
) but not on a B series motor, and I've seen some really during filters on them. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it should be pretty visibly obvious.

I'm still trying to figure what a timming belt is.
When you sleep in your car each night do you arm the car security system? Make sure it's not enabled when you try and start it.
I'd also check the Schroeder valve in your oil pan
