Default GSR head on a semi built b16a block?? Do it or go full gsr??

Im in desparate need of a gsr block for my buddy. I bought a motor and the guy said it had a blown headgasket and now come to find out it has a cracked sleeve...

Someone wants to sell me a b16a block that is set up for all motor...

Forged pistons
and rods

No sleeves and the crank has been micro-poilshed..

I can't believe that I can't find any gsr blocks in the dc/md/va area!!

IM PISSED!

Thanks for the help/advice
