Default Supercharger issues

I have a 94 teggy GSR and I just had a Jackson Supercharger put on and for some reason it wont keep consistent boost. And after some tuning to fix an idle problem (stalling out when turnin or stopping), it now acts like it wants to redline a 4,000 RPM and if i get to that point and downshift to overpass it, it will go past but stutter the whole time thru every gear afterwards. Can anyone help me figure out what the issue could be?
