Default 97 integ crazy automatic tranny problem

Ok check this out, I bought my first automatic integra it was a good deal. I have had two integs that where sticks, but anyway. My problem is I installed a new tranning, a japan one with 30-40k, it runs fine, until after awhile my spedometer will go dumn. It starts bouncing and then I'll get the check engine light (code 70 Automatic Transmission Malfunction w/AT Controls) and the D4 flashes 4 times(maybe that means something) but my car will kick and buck but will still run it just has a hard time shifting.
Now i repaced some shifting sencor on the top of the tranning with the old one.that did nothing
As soon as I reset the Ecu everything is fine until that darn spedometer starts jumping.
And I replaced the speed sencor from the old tranning.
Only I have this kind of luck. Can anyone help?

is the tranny bolted up correctly, is shift cable securely bolted under the car?

Ya it's bolted in right, and I even got a new bolt for the shift cable.

did you change to ecu since you bought it? i use to work at a tranny shop and found one thing out. 85 percent of tranny problems are related to the valve body. i would recommend to change it, but that might be a problem 4 u.

My vehicle speed sensor does not click when I snap it in, but does that have anything to do with the spedometer, I thought it was just the Rpm's.
And I was thinking about trying a new Ecu, but automatics are hard to find. And there is NO way I'm paying $150 cuz thats the price of a standard LS (a junk yard gave me that price)

Thanks guys

I know this is years old but for the people that look this up in the future. This was the problem. My speed sensor would not uh in completely and would cause my problem. Crazy
