Replaced ECU and distributor/ignitor, still no spark (D15)

any ideas? blk/yel wire going into dizzy is getting voltage...D15 non vtec

I had the same issue. replaced everything with the ignition and my car still wouldnt start. So I took it to a shop, and it ended up being a short somewhere in the wiring.

my car is doing the same thing too and i have checked everything and one of my buddys told me if you mess with the dizzy wires too much you can get a short in the harness and it will get pwr but wount spark i would check your harness
