Is your car lowered? if it is you might just need a camber kit and/or alignment to adjust the toe settings.
You could also have a bad bushing in your front end causing the wheel to ride at a different angle.

If lowered, get a new tire, and get the toe set as close to zero as possible.
Most camber kits only cause problems. Camber helps a car with traction around corners and you can get an alignment so that your tires aren't eaten, and still be without camber kits.
