Default '01 Civic LX PO325 Engine light (Knock Sensor)

I am wondering what would cause this: I get an Check engine light every so often that goes away after I start and stop a few times (shut off engine and start it). When I hooked up the scanner I got a PO325 Knock Sensor (Bank 1) error. I can go weeks without seeing it and am wondering what it is and where I can find it.

Thanks!

Read this, it has a picture of a blowed up diagram of the engine and should show you where its at.

Thanks, could the error mean there is a knock or there is a sensor malfunction ? Knock Sensor 1 (Bank1 )

you can check the sensor for function, but if its on an every few weeks basis, chances are its working right, and you need to figure out why the motor is knocking.
