fuel pump problem

fuel pump problem
ok i just put in a new fuel pump and i cant hear the pump turn on. i can hear the main relay click. i dont have a volt meter so i cant see if the pump is getting any power. And this is the pump i replaced it with. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWD1V
