Default AMP for 2 12"s subs?????

i got 2 12"s w/ a panasonic 802u head unit.
can anyone tell me a how many watts for a amp is good for 2 12's. something like 400watts? more or less? what brand?

well it would depends on what subs you have and how much you could spend. it doesn't matter if it's a 10" or a 12", some needs more than others. it's like saying..."what engine should i buy for my car (and you don't tell what kind of car u have)

If you have some decent subs, one of the best amps / $ going around is the JBL 600.1 or 1200.1 they are found off ebay very cheap and perform extremely well.

just like the guy said above.. you need to tell us what kind of 12's you have or what kind your planning to get.. also what is your budget on your amp.. different 12's take different power to drive them and make them hit... so if you listed what kind of 12's (brand/model number/series/model name) your planning to get.. and how much your willing to spend on an amp.. maybe we can give you a better response..
