will type-r run my b20/vtec

will a 00-01 itr ecu will run my b20/itr vtec set up? the block year i don't know. the head is from 98 itr. i got some help on my last one question on here. thanks guys.

Will it run? Yes. Will it run well? No. You'll need get a tunable ECU and get the car properly tuned.
