Vtec will not engage

Vtec will not engage
Wats up guys. I have a 92 honda civic dx and i swapped in a d16z6. I put a p28 in to run the vtec but the vtec didnt work. So i tryied to hook a toggle switch up to the solenoid, but it still dont work. does anyone have a wiring diagram for the vtec?
