o2 sensor question

so i have ebay headers and stock cat just bought two oem o2 sensors and i am still throwing code 61 any suggestions?

61 code is the primary o2 sensor.what kind of car do u have ? u have 2 o2 sensors? a ek civic?

yes it is a 2000 civic ex and i checked the code again and it came up 54 but is there a fuse or somthing and where is that part located
