Does any know how to adjust Coil Over Suspension?
I recently purchased a car with Tein Flex Coil overs but the ride is a little too low. Does anyone know how to adjust the coil overs to raise the height of the car thanks.
You'll need hook tools to pry the perches apart, hope you got them. Jack the car and look at the suspension rather then getting on here and asking a pretty stupid question, it's very very self explanatory...
just wanted to ask before I mess something up. Never messed with coil overs before. Someone told me you needed a key of some sort?

If you ordered it from Tein themselves, it would have came with it.

From: the internet and I WILL STEP ON YOU
you can also tap the perch with a flathead and hammer to knock it lose if you cant find your wrenches. not that i have ever done that or anything??....
On my DC2 with Tein RE's it wasn't bad to adjust the front at all. Before you remove the bolt that clamps together the fork on the bottom of the coilover make sure you break loose the ring with the spanner wrench. Otherwise the coilover will spin on you. Once you have the fork loose you should be able to take the threaded bottom peice and lower or raise your car. Once you get it to desired ride height you may need to jack up the rotor/hub assembly to get it back snug into the fork. Then tighten the bolt you had to take loose to adjust the bottom peice. Everything should be tight and you should be good to go. I have to raise/lower my car anytime I run slicks on the track and it definantly gets easier the 2nd/3rd time you do it.

Yes, lowering/raising the car changes the geometry.

I also suggest corner weighting Before an alignment.
