In first i want to apologize for my language
I have o lilttle problem in my b18 ... becouse I dont have high rpm
honda civic EE9(ef9) with b18c6
engine
-camshaft skunk2 st2
-retainers valve springs skunk2
-cam gears skunk2
-cp pistons 81.5 cr 12.5 for b18c1
-rods eagle
-eagle Lightweight crank
-flywheel act 8.3 lb
-n1 crank pulley ctr
-denso ik24
-Throttle Body 65mm
-intake itr
Exhaust:
AEM Cold air intake system
2.5 with two mufflers
DC Sports race 4-1 header

Is it possible that they parts are to "light" for this engine ?
eagle Lightweight crank , 6.6lb -lighter than oem
light flywheel act , 8.5lb --=--
and n1 crank pulley 2.8lb --=--

the car should definitly be laying down higher hp + torque numbers than that.
have you checked to make sure the vtec is activating ?
have you checked valve clearances, after the valvetrain installation ?
have you done a compression test on the engine ?
is your cam/crank timing right ?
has the head or block been milled ?
