1. switch is bad
2. wire is not plug
3. fuse is out
4. check your relays

Download the CRX Workshop Manual: http://spoonhonda.com/downloads.htm

Follow the troubleshooting procedure for the compressor.

ok I am the owner of the car I just went and got all new relays 3 switches and still nothing.

If I run a hot wire from the battery to compressor the clutch engages.

All the wiring is hooked up its all good at the ecu too.

When I push the switch in on the control panel the light does not come one but the idle goes up to about 1400 rpms.

Have you followed the troubleshooting flow chart? It's very helpful. I wouldn't worry about the light just yet, it may just be burned out.

My computer wouldnt d/l it the light on the switch works that I know of because we took the switch out of the crx that the ac works on.

When I turn the switch on my car idles up then it idles down when I turn off the switch. but if I run a wire from the battery to the comprssor the clutch engages and the air gets cool I dont know what else to change iI have chaged evrything twice with working good parts

Ok problem solved I guess you have to have the rear defroster fuse in order for the a/c clutch to function properly

It's always something simple, isn't it?

Good to know you got it fixed.
