Default Fuel pump wont turn on after hitting Hondata Boost cut

I have my Hondata boost set relatively low at 15psi and have hit it before without any problems. Yesterday it was a very cool night and I was making 15lbs plus and hit boost cut and my car died and now I am not getting the fuel pump to go on. Swapped pumps, did nothing. Checked fuses...nothing, checked outher misc things everything looks ok. Swapped with a stock ecu just to turn the ignition on and the fuel pump went on? Any idea what happened? Think somehow the program got messed up? I have no clue.

I'd talk to the Hondata guys, they may have run into this before.

Otherwise if you can reburn the chip with your tune on it and see if that fixes it.
