I'm interested in this, but the website doesn't go into much detail about what will be going on at the event or how much it will cost. More information would be appreciated as I would love to do something like this!

Regardless, I don't even know why this is posted here. It's a gathering for Atom owners. I thought it might be some type of event where you pay a fee to come and get a ride in or get to drive an Atom or something.

 

Got to sit as passenger during a track session and was very impressed with the car's performance (especially the rear grip). Here are some pics of the event:

For reference sake, the Atom track record at Hallett was a 1.22.xxx by the time we left. The quickest I've done in my NSX was 1:29.xxx.

The guy that hauled by heavy butt around the track drove his Atom from Portland, OR to Tulsa, OK.

Pfft...I DID come by...twice. You were working on both Atoms at the time and I didn't want to interrupt. Came by later and said hiya to Ramin and he explained about that the 3rd gear on the Honda went out and there was something wrong w/ the Cobalt engined Atom.

Dude, that was a great event. Did the 1.22 time get beat?

 

ive seen a few of these online and on tv but every time i see or hear of one they have a diff motor in them, what do they come with stock? ive heard supercharged ctr motors, cobalt motors and now sc k20? damn

UK = Civic Type R K20 and K20 with supercharger

US = GM Ecotec Base and two models with Supercharger
US= Honda K20 and K20 with Superchager

Both of atoms came back from track with UK Drivers... Guess they can't drive left side..

Best time = 1.22
