Default jdm b18b help????

one of my buddy has a jdm b18b in his da, he wants to know if a type r intake manafold fit on his motor??? or will he have to get one from obx or skunk2

but he want to change the intake manfold to get a few more hp?? he all ready has a cold air,headers, 2.25 in exhust line

If he is running stock cams, a Blox or Skunk 2 IM will hurt power. Those manifolds are only better above 6,500 RPM, and stock LS cams fall on their face at 6,500 RPM.

ok i get what your saying, so he would need to also get stage 1 cam, but will a type r manfold fit on his head , do b18b have the same bolt patter as a sir head or like a gsr head or dous it have it own
