Greddy Kit Integra LS 1999 - Idle problem random misfire
Ok so heres the deal. Hi everyoen I'm new sorry for being so brupt.
1999 Integra LS
Greddy Turbo Kit (blue box) w/ the FMIC
One week prior to full installation:
-He decides to install 310 RC cc injectors w/ the blue box.
-Ran it for one week
-CEL Light came on, the stock plugs were pitch black
-Codes as he remembers: Random misfire on all cylinders + Baro sensor
One week later:
-Installs complete kit
-Upon completing these symptoms are immediate:
-CEL light after driving around a bit RANDOM MISFIRE ALL
CYLINDERS
-CEL light for BARO sensor does not show up again!
- Car has weak idle, It stays around 750rpm in neutral, when I tap the gas or give it gas it revs up normally w/ out the feel of misfire, but the rpm's drop dramatically low before slowly trying to climb back up to normal.
- Car will idle normal @ 750rpm and then suddenly drop and struggle to come back to 750rpm.
What I have done for him:
Checked O2 sensors - Look fine not fouled black and such, No CEL for O2
Checked Vacuum lines - No leaks none absolutely
Fuel Filter - changed
Blue Box wiring - Checked a zillion times
Spark plubs - NGK colder plugs, was gapped at .044 regapped to .028-.030
IACV - cleaned and reinstalled
RC Injectors - rechecked solders all good to go
Compression Test - All cylinders good to go
Can anyone please help me help my friend.
Would running the blue box w/ injectors before turbo install foul up all of his sensors and not throw a CEL light, but cause random misfires?
