fan only kicks on when the thermostat opens up........
i know on my d series civic if i hold the rpm's at 3k rpm for about 2-5 mins or so, the thermostat will open up and then the rad fan willl kick on for about a few mins then stop.......my rad fan kicks on quite a bit in triple digit heat.....
but if you want it running all the time and running constantly, hook it up to a toggle switch and flip the switch and let it run, then flip it again if u want it to turn off..
