denso iridium colder plug?

so im looking at around 12.1:1 CR only 91 octane available. Im thinking of setting timing back to 14 degrees until i can get a tune. Question is, should i run the colder denso iridium IK22 or stick with the stock range and use the IK20. Also, what is reccomended gap for colder plugs on high CR?
