No they will definetly not work. If you need a stronger D series rod you could just upgrade the rod bolts to ARP. Or you go with some after market rod like eagle or some thing.

Honda was kind enough to make it where you could swap stuff through series like d-series to d-series and b-series to b-series. I think asking to be able swap anything to any motor is asking a little to much. but really no you can not swap anything from a b to a d except maybe a shift linkage but d-series shift linkage are thin and crappy compared to b. but if you were going to or in the process of building a motor then you should go with better parts like eagle. I know some people are all about building frankenstiens with all these stock parts but to me for a little extra money you could have a strong *** motor that can handle 300+ hp

i'm not ******* stupid

if any one knows that would be great
you have to mill something what i don't know
the b20 rods are the same length as the ls rods
so any HELP!!!!! would be great

D16 rods:
C-C length 5.394"
BE bore 1.890"
BE width .898"
Wrist pin .748"
PE width .748"

B18A/B-B20 Rods:
C-C Length 5.394"
BE Bore 1.890"
BE Width .935"
Wrist Pin .827"
PE Width .925"

The B-series rods are wider and have bigger wrist pins. For all the work getting them machined to fit, I'd just drop $250 on a new set of H-beam rods with ARP bolts and be done with it.
