Default trying to start my car annnnd

it wont start. its a 1994 honda civic ex with a d16z6/obd1/550 rc
the fuel pump turns on and the the main relay clicks.
i have a solid cel so i decide to use "jump plug" and figure out what might be the cause.
the cel i get is #10 which is the IAT sensor (on H-T) . but i have no idea how to figure out how to fix it.

i guess that was question #1
now i dont think thats related to my car not starting. when i turn the key the fuel pump turns on and the main realy clicks times. but when i turn the key to start the car i get a click from the fuse box in the engine bay and its coming from

i dont think its the fuse, since the one next to it is exactly the same i switched them out and it made the same click.
thanks homies!

it does sound like your battery is dead or something of the sorts. check your connections for sure.

no i havent tried to pust start it.
i havent tried to jump start it because i have one of those overnight 12v drip chargers.
the ecu fuse your talking about, you mean the one locaetd in the engine bay correct? (my hand is covering up the fuses in the first pic) i think its like a 7.5
could a loose/bad connection in the fuse box cause this sort of problem

I had the same problem in my old accord....check your battery ground and were that ground goes check that spot and maybe even clean it or put it in another soild spot for a ground...i even added another ground from the motor to the chasis and that helps...otherwise check the cables from the fuse box and were they go to..just a suggestion...

ive put a gt2860rs, 3inch downpipe,"mini ram" manifold, wiesco 8.5:1, tuner toy rods, zex 59300 cam, supertech springs/retainers, warlbro 225, Y8 manifold swap-a-roo, "chipped p28", on a crome basemap. im gonna start to check all of the grounds like you guys said and im gonna post up my findings when i get back.
thanks for your time homies!
if you have any other suggestions please feel free to post! the only bad post is the one that never gets made.
ill clean up the ground terminals and well see where we are from there.

ok so i checked all the wires in the engine fuse box with a multimeter to make sure all the wires have contunity and they do.
all the grounds are in there respected places. ill turn the key and i still get that click from the engine fuse box.
when i turn they key the main relay clicks and the fuel pump turns on.
people have asked why i need 550s and its becuause im using a gt2860rs (not using not ) i have a "chipped" p28...2 actually and a nice basemap on an eprom. (i also have a moates ostritch but lets get the car started first!)
so again im kinda where i was at, standstill.
any suggestions?
i dont think its the injectors, but how would i check? use the multimeter?
and i dont think its the injecotrs because the engine wont crank, period.

bad starter? starter unplugged?

i would suggest push starting it it would let you know if the starter is bad or not at least

def. check the starter though.

im idas well try to push start it, it's not the first time its been suggested. and pull it outta the garage before the tires get flat spots. but im definatly gonna check the starter, again. goddamn it!
