Oil in the spark plug "boot"
I did a quick search, didn't find it so here goes. On a 92 accord ex, 4 cyl engine, when changing the plugs, why is there oil on the wrench and boot of the spark plug cable? Is that a sign of bad valve guides?

Thanks to all the great responses everyone. I'll be hanging around here quite a bit since I just bought the car, it has 218K miles on it and seemed to be maintained fairly well.
I do notice that it seems to have a constant miss when cruising on highway speeds. It idles fine and steady. I've just changed the plugs with ngk and a new set of wires. I'm planning on having the timing belt done shortly. I reckon what's left is the distributor cap, fuel filter and maybe fuel injection???
Thanks again folks!
