Default Chipped P06 on an LS

Hey all. I have looked fairly thoroughly through the forums, and have yet to find an answer that will make me feel good about what I'm about to do. I bought an eg6 with a '98 b18b in it. It idles great, but doesn't have the appropriate ECU, so I'm not going to push my luck and start driving the thing.

I have a P06 ECU. I have the parts ordered to chip it, and I have a moates burn1 on the way. The dilemma is that I have a '98 integra ls motor. Am I going to be able to flash my p06 with a stock p75 map? I took it for about a quarter mile drive, and the car runs with the p06 but throws codes, and the tach goes nuts when it's revved anywhere above about 1500 rpms. Mind you, I didn't try to rev it any higher than about 2500 tops. I haven't seen anything that indicates that I can't chip the p06 and be fine with it on my ls motor. Unfortunately, I've not seen anything that explicitly says that I can.

Thanks for the input.

There's a guy here (sleepgsr) that sells REALLY good socketed ECU's that will work on both vtec and non-vtec motors. I've got one on my B20B, and it works AWESOME. Go to him and tell him what you want and he will help you out. He will even throw in a copy of Neptune or Crome-type tuning software.

I appreciate the response, however, I don't need anybody to chip the ecu. I'm familiar enough with soldering, and basic electronics that it should be no issue for me. I just need to know if the P06 will work fine with my LS motor, when flashed with a p75 or pr4 bin.
