internal coil compaired to external coil ?'s

i was just wondering if anyone has tried that G-sport internal coil? i got one in a trade and was just wondering if it was worth my time to put it in or just get rid of it?

Stock Honda ignitions are good to 400+ whp. Unless you're making that, don't bother.
