New member 10 sec club (video inside)
We took one of my friend's car to the track this weekend , second time to the track on this car and we managed to run a 10.83@135 mph . We only got one semi-decent run which was the 10.8 pass because the other 2 the i/c piping popped off. We are fixing the piping and doing some changes to the 2 step , you will see in the video how bad it bogs off the line. New #'s hopefully next week !
Big thanks to :
Rolo Tec and Colombia from CFT for their advice and help
P-PO Tech "Red Star Motoring"
and everyone that has helped me with this project so far. This was only @ 22psi so hopefully more boost and fix the little bugs on it and we will see what happens. I know this is nothing special for alot of people here but there will be alot of progress on the car in the near future. The car has all stock bushings , no traction bars , NO LSD etc . . .
2337 lbs w/driver
490hp on the 10.8 pass
Here is the video : "Do not laugh on how bad it bogged"
working on the 2 step

The 2 step is at 6,200 rpm , I had tried it at 6,400 and it spun real bad before with less power. The announcer is really big into V8's but he is pretty cool , he is always hammered drunk on the midnight drags. This was on 112 octane race gas.
Slicks are some used 24.5x9x13" Mickey Thompsons

Thanks man !
I live in V8 county !
The majority of people around here always bash imports but they are slowing growing respect towards them.
