Default clutch not engaging

SO i replaced the oil seals, radiatior, MC, and two anxels on my 91 EF sedan project. However, i go on a test drive and the clutch doesn't want to go in, it caught twice and that was it. Some times theres a funky light nocking sound from the clutch when in neurtral, then when u shake the *** it goes away. I checked the fluid levels on the trans and its on point. The car never had this problem before, so im totally lost to what it could be.
Any help will be appreciated, i have a friend that needs it for work

I assume this is a manual transmission. In which case, check the tension on your clutch cable. if it is too loose it will not engage. if it is too tight it will be engaged at all times. Just tighten the big plastic nut on it several turns and see if that solves it.

The other axel moves and engages when the clutch is in and the other doesnt. Its the right axel making a strange noise. however, the axel is all the way in its just not catching anybody got a any clues.
