Default having issues please give guidence or help

Im getting serious power issues. I am currently running a b16a2, cp 9:1 pistons, eagle h beam rods, rc 550s, greddy 18g (running 15 psi and tappering down to 10), Greddy type rs blow off valve, crome p28 for tuning, gm 3 bar map, MSD coil, cap, rotor, wires. Well here the dyno graph from today and before when i didnt have my msd things on. The car is running at 12:1 afr and no more *under full boost*. I know im in need of a differnt mbc but just havent got one yet. here is the graph

I gained a lot of power at vtec change over with the new msd things but no more than 205 max horse power. From what ive been told i should be way higher than that. Please help ive tried so much on this car and none of it is working. Thank you.

Have you had the same ECU the whole time you've been turbo'd?

I still think it might be something in your dizzy, but an ECU swap would weed out that possibility.

yea ive had the same ecu since turbo. what in the dizzy would be bad? its got a new ignitor, new cap, new rotor, new coil....isnt that everything lol. As for ecu's i was using the ls/vtec b4 so i dunno we could try that. Im thinking about getting the msd 6al and me and nate are going to do my exhaust soon here so we can maybe try and tune it again u know?
