So im buyin a 2001 GSR off a friends friend.original bone stock block bone stock head. block is 2001 block and the head is from a different year gsr.... the car will be bone stock. pretty sure it will pass smog.. but i live in cali and its a jdm front gsr lowered. So im pretty sure im going to get pulled over. if i do happen to get ref'd does it matter what year head is on there?

 

I tihnk it only matters if it's the same obd's.... so if it's both obd2 u should be fine.. what year does it say on the head? I think u'll be fine though.
