it will fit. cause i am using it.u are swapping a b series into eg,right?and remove the shifter first, and the shiftlinkage will bolt on. or maybe the shiftlinkage is bent?
you have no idea what came with the swap
you know what was supposed to come with the swap.
from what you're describing are you saying the ends of the linkage don't reach? or the shaft of it is hitting the body and it does reach?
sounds like it was either bent, or you have i upside down.

it is the linkage is twisted un bolt the likage from the tranny and just under then bolt back on. Also it cant be backwards unless twisted is what you are talking about. All Bseries shift linkage will fit all beseries in any eg,dc,da,ek,and ej. Good luck

The del sol VTEC linkage is longer.
The del sol VTEC linkage is longer.
del sol vtec linkage should not be in this equation.
check if you have one part of the linkage on backwards. then compare the your d-series linkage to your gsr linkage see if they are different.
