Default electrical problem, break light not working.

i was installing my turbo yesterday and took out one of my horn. i accidently left the horn's bear wire hanging. i was driving and the light for my door in the dash came on and it started to beep. i thought my door was open so i shut it and the light was still on and beeping. after a minute it stop so i thought everything was fine. then when i hit the breaks the door light came on and it beeps again. so now when i hit the breaks or the hoor button the door light comes on and it beeps. i pluge the horn back on and now the horn doesn't work. my break lights doesn't work either. i checked all the fues and they are all fine. if i take the turnsignal fues out, it doesn't beeps when i hit the breaks but i have no turn signal. i checked my door switch and it works fine. i need to get this fix soon for inspection at the end of the month. any sugestions are appreciated.

i checked all the fues 3 times visually and with a meter. i dont think it's the fues because why would my door lights come on when i hit the breaks.

Did you check the right fuses??? The Horn and stop lights are on the same 15A fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay not under the dash. You may have known that but I thought I would mention it.

Be careful with this problem, I had a short in this circuit somewhere and was blowing the 15A fuse everytime I ran the car. After three days of tracing wires and trouble-shooting my car caugth fire and burned the entire wiring harness both in the engine bay and under dash. Now the car is a complete write-off.
