ive been having a little hesitation with my car, at like 1/4 throttle, while feathering the gas(easy accerleration) but at WOT its fine. im replacing a bunch of stuff, already replaced the fuel filter, just replaced the TPS, getting it calibrated a king motorsports tomorrow, hopefully thats what wrong, but i have another set of dsm 450s, but they are blacktops, my car was tuned with bluetops, is it alright to switch them with out retuning? since they are both rated at 450cc..

 

They should go in w/o any retuning needed - technically speaking. It sounds like your tuner did the WOT cells, but didn't give it a decent street tune for partial throttle, let alone a decent dyno tune for partial throttle.
