Default d16 - b16 engine harness question

i am working on a auto-5sp conversion along with a d16y8-b16a2 swap in my 00 ex bc i feel a auto-5spd swap alone isnt worth it on a D. so far my swap is complete, but my car wont start. it turns over and has spark. but a kid that came to check it out said that i am not getting power to my injectors. he also said its bc i reused my auto d16 engine harness since i couldnt find a B.

is the harness the reason y my car wont start or is it sumthin else? pls reply ppl, i havent had a car for 5 weeks now

what year b16a is it? Obd1 or 2? The injectors for OBD1 and OBD2 are different.

Your wiring harness from your D16 will work just fine. The D16Y8 harness is the same as an Si pretty much. It has knock, and vtec.

the motor is a b16a2= 00 si motor, obd2
the injectors im using came out of my obd2 single cam.
i read up that the auto and 5spd sohc engine harnesses are different but idk exactly what.
how do you botch the wires?

i use to have cels but today i noticed that my CEL wasnt on but would turn on after trying to start the car

i heard the sohc injectors will allow the car to run but have minor problems. and the wrong injectors shouldnt cause the injector plugs themselves not to get any power
