TPS bad?
just recently my car started randomly hesitating, but only at like around 1/4 throttle, and while easying to 1/4 throttle i can feel it bog if i go past that point in the accerlator its fine. it comes and goes. Thanks

Possibly, are you getting any CEL's?
If you press the gas and get no feel, that is a TPS issue. Ive experienced similiar issues after i did my swap, and turning the motor off, then on again would make it go away for awhile, but then it would come back after a few weeks.
Solution: I tightend the TPS down, and cleaned out the plug and the problem has never returned.
