i was driving back and there was a quick tornado that past my city, and it was raining CRAZY, i i couldnt see too well and i went over a huge puddle and when i popped my hood open when i got home, the filter was SOAKED and i have a short ram intake ... does that mean i must of sucked up some water ? if so what should i do ?

 

it doesnt guarantee that you sucked up water.

for sure change that filter or dry it out before you drive again!

 

unless its buckets and buckets of water that your motor sucks in, your fine. your motor can handle a little moisture... after all, i breathes fire

 

okay, all that makes me feel a little better, i just hope you guys are right ... im for sure gonna dry out my filter

 

in reality having the air blow thru a saturated filter is like having 100% humidity. its really only bad if you get like water poured into ur engine. and it sounds like you didtn drive it very far with the wet filter anyway

It's been raining here since Saturday, which is a lot for here. But, then again, not even you can compare to the Amazon when it comes to rain. It's all about perspective.

THAT IS SO TRUE!! man the last time i supposebly saw snow was when i was like 2 or 3... i saw snow last winter for like the first time since i was born i guess...and WTF IS THAT STUFF...its soooooo f-ingg cold! its sucksss.. how can u people live in that crap its so misserablle lmao!! .....yea rain sucks...its so much more, its been raining for liek the past 8 years of my life lol.
