Default bogging down

i did a little searching and nothing came up.... stock d16a6, i recently did my head gasket (to the y8 one, no middle layer) and i havnt drivin the car yet, i took it for a spin, and right at about 3k rpms, the car bogs down, like complete loss of power, not even giving it lots of throttle, like it doesnt want to drive.... if i give it very very light throttle, it will go up all the way to redline, but when giving it little more, it loses everything at 3k,

im curious as to what may cause this? and would like to know how to fix it, (obviously, haha) thanks!

on ur ecu there's 3 plugs look for the one w/ 20 pins and cut a distance off the ecu wire #1 it's white w/ green it's the hazard one and that should fix ur problem temp.

hmm,

is there anyway possible that it could be that my electrics aren't workin properly... when i turn on my lights, the lights kinda go on on the dash, the left turn signal light it dim, and other random lights are on but dim....

could that be a possibility to the problem as well??? if not, how do i fix it anyways, haha, thanks

(everything was working perfectly before i swapped EVERYTHING over to new shell... thanks!
