Default lsvtec rough idleing

long story short...first of all my car is still currently an obd2b using an si b16 ecu but what my problem is when i take my car to either above 5k or around vtec, my car will start idleing around 2k to 2.5k or itll bounce from 1k to 2k. i found out that my throttle is sticking because when im just daily driving my car will get stuck around 1.5k when i hit a stop and when i pull the gas pedal itll drop back to normal...but what i stated above is my main problem...what could cause this...i already cleaned my iacv and i dont have an fitv....

With your car off spray some break cleaner in your throttle body. Then wipe it all out. If it's not that then it could be that your IAC valve is not the right one for the ECU you're running.
