Default valves knocking

hey guys i have an h23a1 92 prelude si. my valves are knocking what exactly is it that you have to do to make them sound nice and clean again? what the JOB if possible so i can do it my self unless it has anything to do with the timing belt.

its real easy to do. all you need is a 12mil a flat tip screw driver and a feeler guage. any car manual will give you the directions on how to do it.

i have an h23 thats a h22 write up is it the same thing? now i whent to two differnt shops and both guys told me, that if its calibreited then they could do it but if its by oil pressure or some other thing forgot what the guy told me. then they could not do it. so how are these valves adjusted 92 prelude si h23a1??? what the name for these valves what type...
