Changing the engine oil.
I've been running 5w30 on my integra and it's been burning oil. It's been really hot here lately 90-100's and a local mechanic guy here told me that I should switch to 10w30 instead. He said that it is a bit "thougher" and won't burn. Does that make sense/is he right? Also, I'm kinda low on oil right now, can I just leave what I have in there now (5w30) and just fill in the rest with 10w30? Or is it bad to mix it?
I don't think hot weather and a light oil will make it burn, it's probably from something more serious. Also, don't do anything half-***, man. Just go ahead and drain it and change the filter too. It's good for you to get your hands dirty.

Not likely. Serious oil consumption is a sign of a deeper problem.
A complete oil and filter change will not hurt though.
