Its on the vents and door handles and what not. Will it do anything to the plastic? I might just primer and repaint if I can't find anything. I tried to re paint and it just bubbled up and looks like crap. I just want it to be back to black. Where can you find that stuff you are talking about?

the vents i'm not sure. door handles, you're fine it will clean it right off. if the vents are as hard as the door handles you should be fine. Hard plastic it doesn't damage if it's soft like the ring around the manual transmission boot, it will melt it.

you can go pepboys or kragens or w/es.

i wouldnt put it on plastic could i did and it eat it up. aircraft remover is great but you got to be careful where you spray it cause if you get some on the car, say bye bye to you paint cause it will eat it up quick, clear coat and all.you car get it at any auto part store. i got mine at autozone. its like 6 bucks.

I bought some paint remover from auto zone and it didn't do much. Is there a process I have to do when I use the paint remover? I remove all plastics and put them in a bowl and use the paint remover but didn't seem to work. That was a while back though and I only tried for like 10 minutes and call quits cause it didn't look like it was coming off.

use brake fluid, buy a couple of bottles of it, cheap kind is fine, fill it in a bucket, and put the plastic pieces in there. the brake fluid makes the paint soft and it'll come off easily if it doesn't come off on its own.

i wouldn't recommend aircraft remover, that stuff is great but on plastic, i think it'll eat the plastic too.

if you dont want to try this, try some paint thinner. rub it on the pieces.

btw, search next time
