I have a 1995 SI, Not digital HVAC control. The fan and temperature controls both work. When I select the air for defrost, floor heat or bi-level buttons, they each light up no change in air flow occurs. Air is only blowing from the dash.

What do I need to check???

 

the motors that control those vents are out.

Checking them is going to suck, check into a helms service manual for a procedure.

 

i had the same problem with my 92 prelude......
i took my circuit board for the air controls and all out and found that the sauder connections one it for where the plug went were actually cracked and were not making connections. i would pull that out and try to re sauder it or however you spell it.

when you take the climate control out, inside that whole unit is the circuit board

 

theres a writeup somewhere...search climate or HVAC

i tried doing this last week, my dad is an electrical engineer and he helped...it didnt work
