Smoking EG

Recently bought myself an 93 esi with a D15b in it ,when revved over about 4000rpm starts to burn oil and creat alot of smoke

any ideas what this could be ?thanks

i'm going with bad piston rings. try some seafoam and see if that helps first. dont dump it in the gas tank though, use some bg44k for that.
